In the aquaculture segment, FarmLynk adopts a women-led value addition model focused on producing hygienic, ready-to-eat, protein-rich seafood products. Through structured training and capacity-building initiatives, the company enables women in coastal communities to engage in processing and value addition, thereby supporting income generation and financial independence.
